Dublin, 18th January 2008 – Webtrade, one of Ireland’s longest established web development companies, today announced the official launch of its unique Siternity Content Management System (CMS). Siternity was developed at a cost of EUR1.2M and is supplied as part of an overall package of web design, development, hosting and online marketing to enable non-technical people to self-manage their websites.
Siternity is expected to reduce the lifetime ownership costs of websites by over 50% because clients receive a novel warranty that the standard features of their websites are permanently in-step with the latest web technologies. With regular upgrades, clients are informed as to what the new and improved functionality entails and how it will benefit their on-line presence – making this investment very appealing to the business community.
Webtrade’s high-performance Siternity system has many easy-to-use features designed to enable non-technical website managers to take even more control of their websites. Key features include the ability to add new sections, pages and even manipulate images at the click of a mouse.
Patrick Bates, Webtrade’s managing director said, “Our Siternity business-model is about ensuring value for money for our clients by offering them up-to-date core functionality as part of our standard offering. In other words, clients will always have the latest version of our CMS – and these upgrades are done in a seamless fashion with no impact on our clients’ sites.”
