Techtree Innovation-Seoul Collaborate on Hyper-Realistic Digital Twin Project

Seoul's Digital Policy Officer, Park Jinyoung, and Techtree Innovation's CEO, Choi Seungyup, commemorate their MoU signing
Techtree Innovation, a high-precision, high-resolution spatial digital twin platform company, is building a hyper-realistic digital twin with the Seoul Metropolitan Government and is embarking on a demonstration.
Digital twin technology refers to a technology that creates the same objects and spaces as reality in a virtual space and verifies them through various simulations.
Techtree Innovation announced that it has signed a "business agreement for the production of a hyper-realistic 3D map and the discovery and joint use of national services" with the Seoul Metropolitan Government. According to a Techtree Innovation official, about 10 people, including Seoul City's Digital Policy Officer Park Jin-young and Techtree Innovation CEO Choi Seung-yeop, attended this agreement ceremony.
Through this business agreement, Techtree Innovation and Seoul City will continuously proceed with cooperation for the development of national services using the construction of a hyper-realistic digital twin based on a game engine that can reflect various physical information and variables. In particular, during this demonstration period, Techtree Innovation and Seoul City will construct a hyper-realistic digital twin of a total of 4㎢ in the Yeouido area. They will implement disaster safety, disaster prevention, roads, traffic simulations, and national services, and reveal them at the Seoul Smart Life Week held at COEX in Seoul in October.
Park Jin-young, Seoul City's Digital Policy Officer, said, "Through this collaboration, Seoul's digital twin technology has been able to develop one step further," and "We will continue to expand the area where hyper-realistic digital services can be applied and strive to provide a safer and more pleasant urban environment."
Choi Seung-yup, CEO of Techtree Innovation, said, "Spatial digital twin is a core infrastructure technology used in the public policy sector such as solving urban problems," and "Through cooperation, we will show our high-resolution, high-precision digital twin construction technology that our company is leading without exception."
Meanwhile, Techtree Innovation is a company that develops and operates the high-precision, high-resolution spatial digital platform 'AROUND'. AROUND is not a single solution structure but a platform structure, so if one digital twin is constructed, various services or solutions can be added. It is expanding its demand not only to domestic defense, government agencies, and real estate-related companies but also overseas.
