Output Factory 3 for Adobe InDesign is Released for Public Beta Testing
Toronto, ON, Canada - June 25, 2024 - Zevrix Solutions today announces the public beta release of Output Factory 3, a new major version of company's output automation tool for Adobe InDesign [https://zevrix.com/outputfactory]. Awarded 5 stars by InDesign Magazine, Output Factory is designed to simplify operations of prepress bureaus, ad agencies, publishers, and printers worldwide. The software efficiently tackles repetitive tasks and minimizes errors through streamlined batch processing and time-saving output controls.

The new major version of the app, Output Factory 3, is now available for public testing. Output Factory 3 introduces a number of new capabilities and improvements:
- Combine Multiple PDFs: Users can now automatically merge output PDFs from multiple InDesign documents [https://zevrix.com/outputfactory3-beta] into a single file.
- Cloud Document Support: Output Factory 3 integrates with Adobe's new cloud document format (introduced in InDesign 19.4), allowing users to save InDesign files directly on Creative Cloud servers [https://zevrix.com/outputfactory3-beta].
- Flexible Output File Names: Customize output file names using several new options such as image link names, random numbers, or text from specific InDesign paragraphs and character styles.
- Codebase Overhaul: The new version underwent a thorough codebase overhaul, enabling faster implementation of bug fixes, enhancements, and new features.
Additional enhancement are also planned to be implemented in other areas such as batch processing, InDesign layer versioning, preflighting, output workflows management [https://zevrix.com/outputfactory], and custom script incorporation.
The public beta of Output Factory 3 is available for download from Zevrix website. Beta-testers who provide valuable feedback will receive a 50% discount to purchase an upgrade from earlier version of Output Factory or a new license.

InPreflight 3 public beta can be downloaded from Zevrix website. Qualified beta testers will receive a discount on the new license or upgrade to Output Factory 3. Detailed info is included with the beta download. Output Factory 3 requires macOS 10.12-14.x and Adobe InDesign CS6-2024. The release version of Output Factory is available for $170 (Lite version - $99).
