LPBank is a Joint Stock Commercial Bank in Vietnam, officially known as Lien Viet Post Joint Stock Commercial Bank. It was licensed by the State Bank of Vietnam on March 28, 2008. Currently, with a charter capital of VND 25,576 billion and a vast network of over 1,200 transaction points covering all 63 provinces and cities nationwide, LPBank is one of the largest joint stock commercial banks in Vietnam.

1. Overview of Lien Viet Post Joint Stock Commercial Bank LPBank

On May 12, 2023, the State Bank of Vietnam issued Decision No. 899/QDj-NHNN, permitting the Lien Viet Post Joint Stock Commercial Bank to change its English abbreviation to LPBank (pronounced: /el - pi - bank/). This is a significant event for the Bank, as the new abbreviation - LPBank - aligns with the current trend among banks towards the shortest possible, easy-to-read, and easy-to-remember abbreviations.

The change of name and brand identity of LPBank marks a period of transformation, a comprehensive and strong change towards a new stage with the goal of becoming a leading retail bank in Vietnam. In the near future, LPBank will continue to comprehensively change its logo system and brand identity to synchronize services, products, and enhance customer experience.

After more than 15 years of formation and development, LPBank has grown steadily, affirming its position in the financial and banking market and becoming one of the joint stock commercial banks with an extensive network of over 1,200 transaction points across the country.

2. Financial Products and Services at LPBank

LPBank offers a wide range of financial products and services for both individual and corporate customers.

For Individual Customers:

* Current Accounts: Including vanity accounts, online payment accounts, personal savings accounts, regular current accounts, dual-currency accounts.
