And finding a niche with local comic shops and even landing on Walmart shelves.
Now, the series is poised for a major breakout, with an upcoming anime TV series landing on streaming platforms. And a collaboration with giants Disney+ and Hulu, to promote the IP via their streaming platforms and a detailed action figure line hitting shelves this summer.
A Dark Fantasy Epic steeped in Emotion:
The series itself is a dark fantasy epic, drawing inspiration from Lord of the Rings, Final Fantasy, Dracula and even Shakespeare's Hamlet. Xing describes it as a "tragic, dark, and beautiful opera," a world where characters grapple with love, heartbreak, evil and the burden of a "Divine Charge." The characters are overcoming seemingly insurmountable odds, set against a backdrop of a fantastical world with a tragic and beautiful operatic quality. Ximphonic Versus isn't a typical fantasy fare.

From Graphic Novel to Global Recognition:
Despite initial struggles, Xing's self-published graphic novel has garnered a loyal following and was featured by ScreenRant May of 2024.
