Minneapolis, MN - The Twin Cities Hair & Beauty Expo announces its 6th annual celebration, set to take place on Sunday, August 11th, 2024. This year's theme, "Black to the Future," promises an event like never before, merging the future of beauty and business with cutting-edge innovation.
As we catapult into the future, the 2024 Twin Cities Hair & Beauty Expo will push the envelope by integrating futuristic technology with the rich heritage and creativity of black hair and beauty. Since its inception in 2017, the Twin Cities Hair & Beauty Expo has garnered national attention, spotlighting the underrepresented communities of color within the Minneapolis/St. Paul region. It has quickly become the largest natural hair and beauty symposium in the Upper Midwest, influencing ethnic beauty, culture, and entrepreneurship.
Each year, consumers travel from across the country to join the expo, increasing revenue for local BIPOC businesses and expo vendors. Our mission is to provide a platform that transforms black hair and beauty narratives, cultivates social equity, and empowers financial wealth for people of color.
This expo takes place during National Black Business Month and aims to create an opportunity for expansion for minority-owned businesses. By providing a platform for BIPOC entrepreneurs and business owners, the expo fosters social enterprise and promotes ethnic inclusion, allowing participants to market their products and services to thousands of attendees.
The 2024 Twin Cities Hair & Beauty Expo will be held at the Marriott Minneapolis Northwest in Brooklyn Park, MN, from 11 AM to 7 PM. This year's event is sponsored in part by Gloria Freeman, House of Beaute Atout, Old National Bank, Bremer Bank, and more.
