Press release from: The Matrix

According to Phoenix Real Estate Training Company, Matrix Investor Network, most real estate training doesn't work for several critical reasons. Right now, there is a proliferation of real estate investing gurus, real estate investing clubs, real estate investing seminars & real estate investing courses that offer the opportunity to earn amazing profits and return on investment. According to Daniel Scott, CEO, at The Matrix these methods of acquiring real estate investing for beginners knowledge are, usually, doomed to failure for a few common reasons.

Phoenix, AZ, July 11, 2016 -- According to Phoenix Real Estate Training Company, Matrix Investor Network, most real estate training doesn't work for several critical reasons. Right now, there is a proliferation of real estate investing gurus, real estate investing clubs, real estate investing seminars & real estate investing courses that offer the opportunity to earn amazing profits and return on investment. Most of these are centered around an out-of-town “Expert”, or online training, that guarantees to teach the uninitiated all they need to know for immediate success. Almost all talk about learning the “secret” of successful practices to earn a substantial real estate investing income.

According to Daniel Scott, CEO, at The Matrix these methods of acquiring real estate investing for beginners knowledge are, usually, doomed to failure for a few common reasons. First, the Trainer should live in the area where they are acting as a Real Estate Investing Coach and be actively doing real estate deals. Mr Scott says, “Each property is unique as is each geographic area's laws. If your Trainer isn't active doing deals from the area that you want to work in, how can they possibly 'train' you?”

Mr. Scott follows with, “This principal goes double for real estate investing courses online. Trying to find success by using an Internet real estate investing workshop or ebook is kind of like trying to learn karate the same way. One needs an expert Mentor and to get busy practicing the moves with others under their guidance.”

Another reason real estate training isn't successful for most is that the usual guru, seminar, course, ebook asks for a large investment up-front; almost always on a credit card. According to Dan, this can significantly hinder one's ability to begin buying real estate. Almost all real estate investing involves leverage credit. When the financial institution, that the real estate investing opportunities Investor wants to borrow from, sees an inordinate amount of debt on the Investor's credit cards that can hinder the release of funds. Dan also says, “A lot of these people are, literally, broke just from paying for the training. How are they going to buy real estate?”

Third, most investors, new to real estate investing strategies, get hooked on a specific technique for gaining control of property and turning a fast profit. These "tricks" or "secrets", often taught by out-of-town "Experts" at thousands of dollars for seminars, workshops and ebooks, highlight no need for extended time and financial commitment and stress quick turn profitability. The Matrix knows that successful real estate investors concentrate on the property itself rather than on a specific technique. Dan Scott says, “Here at The Matrix”, we teach a wide range of techniques that help ensure that the bulk of the profit is made on the “buy” rather than the “sell” which is the hallmark of creating a true real estate investing income.”

Most importantly, the out-of-town 'Experts', gurus, seminars, ebooks and more do not provide a Mentor and access to a network. Both are extremely important for obtaining significant real estate investing returns. How can a beginner navigate the complexities of this space fresh out of some course of study without a Mentor? The fact of the matter is that most of these “seminars” and “real estate investing gurus” are usually just real estate investing scams designed to relieve participants of their money.

Access to a network allows the novice investor to leverage the combined knowledge, wealth and experience for their success. Dan states, “The future is changing. One has to understand how money works and be part of a network with access to money.” A good real estate investing Mentor can significantly decrease the learning curve for beginners and help them navigate the network of resources.

Daniel Scott says, “We developed The Matrix specifically as an 'answer' to all of the spotty real estate investing advice and useless tips for real estate investing being churned out by the out-of-town 'Experts', 'gurus', fly-by-night seminars and real estate ebooks.” He continues, “The Matrix is specifically for the Phoenix real estate investing individual. We have a huge training facility right down on 24th Street and I-10 in downtown Phoenix. Think of The Matrix as your own real estate investing school.” Upon completion of the initial training, Investors will be matched with their own Mentor to help maximize their potential and act as a sounding board for ideas. They will also be part of The Matrix Network and all benefits available from that.
