The company said its focus at the show would be AI, digital twins and industrial software to support sustainability across sectors.
The technology showcased at this year's event includes the Connect platform and EcoStruxure Edge Apps.
The Connect platform is designed as an agnostic, end-to-end industrial intelligence platform that leverages AI and digital twin tech to enhance visibility and manage data across the entire supply chain.
Schneider Electric's EcoStruxure Edge Apps are designed to form an open, scalable ecosystem that leverages edge computing and AI technology to convert data into actionable insights.
All Schneider Electric tech on display is designed with software-led automation in mind, developing a single, scalable industrial automation environment for "continuous, hybrid or discrete processes".
"Much of the automation in operation today was designed and installed decades ago, based upon hardware tied to a single supplier and before the massive computing power we have now," said Barbara Frei, Schneider Electric's executive vice president. "With software-defined automation and our open approach, we simplify the existing complexity and allow customers to update or change their automation based on what they need, when they need it and from whom they want it."
