Share efficient salary ranges
It was found that the information shared about salary and benefits with job requirement holds significance for both men and women. However, it is 10% more essential to women. Additionally, flexible working, WFH and workplace culture and additional medical benefits are also essential pointers that women consider when applying for a job.
