Location, consistently high ranked schools and a variety of housing choices has helped Westborough MA and home prices to thrive over the past decade. However, home prices have been rising very quickly in the community with the average price/sq ft increasing 23% over last year.
The MLS shows that single family homes under $1MM go under agreement quickly, often in less than a week. The average Days to Offer for homes in this pricing is only 22.

Rising interest rates are also putting pressure on home buyers, especially first-time buyers. All of these factors are resulting in extra pressures on the Westborough housing market.
