Schneider Electric strengthens India's role in global data center supply with new Bangalore factory
"The data center industry is confronting significant challenges such as energy volatility. Our new factory is equipped to address these challenges by manufacturing efficient cooling solutions, thus supporting the creation of resilient and sustainable data center infrastructures," said Pankaj Sharma, EVP, Secure Power Division & Data Center Business, Schneider Electric.Key products from the new facility will include the latest generation in-row cooling systems, high-efficiency chillers, and advanced air handling units such as the Primary Air Handling Unit (PAHU), Precision Air Conditioning (PAC), and FANWALL systems. These products are designed to provide targeted cooling, maximize server performance, and minimize energy consumption.Deepak Sharma, Zone President Greater India, MD & CEO of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd., highlighted the factory's contribution to India's vision of self-reliance, "This manufacturing facility represents our commitment to Atmanirbhar Bharat and is poised to meet the growing demands of the data center industry in India and globally."
