Growing up in the Philippines with a businessman and an educator as parents, Dr. Aquino's academic path was marked by excellence, earning him degrees in Biology, Nursing, and a Doctorate in Medicine and Surgery. After working as a hospitalist, Dr. Aquino migrated to the United States and transitioned into an elevated role within the healthcare landscape. Dr. Aquino's work culminated in the establishment of the Stress-Free Initiative, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a self-discovery process to assist individuals struggling with stress. The organization's mission is to eliminate the possibility of self-inflicted harm from every life, recognizing the inherent right of every individual to experience healing and happiness.

Throughout his illustrious career, Dr. Aquino has received many awards and accolades and has been recognized worldwide for his accomplishments.
