Love My Mattresses

"I researched various online mattress companies and watched numerous YouTube reviews and Saatva was consistently rated highly for both their products and their customer service. I live in a suburb of Fort Worth and found out that Saatva had a showroom in Dallas, so my wife and I made the 35 minute drive. Lemont waited on us and asked us a few questions. He then recommended we try The Saatva Classic in both Luxury Firm and Plush Soft, the Latex Hybrid and the Memory Foam Hybrid based on our answers. We went back and forth trying each of the four. Lemont answered questions along the way but let us take our time and didn't pressure or hover over us. We liked the Classic Plush Soft 11.5" mattress the best but didn't make the purchase that day. Lemont gave us his business card with his direct line and email address and offered an additional $50 off the internet price for coming by the showroom. He also said if I found a lower price to let him know. A day or two later, I did find a bigger discount online. I contacted Lemont and he said he would honour the bigger discount plus the additional $50, however I still didn't make the purchase. A few more days passed and Saatva increased their price online by $100 and reduced their online discount. I contacted Lemont again and he advised me he would still honour the lower price with the highest discount that he offered previously. That was impressive, so I made the purchase. After making the purchase, Saatva sent me an email asking me to review my buying experience, which was excellent! Looking forward to the delivery of my new Saatva mattress!"

Saatva Classic mattress doesn't use fibreglass or toxic chemical flame retardants/barriers in any of our mattresses. Instead, they use either a plant-based flame barrier made of thistle pulp, a Paladin flame barrier made with a blend of poly & rayon fibres, or organic New Zealand wool in our mattresses to meet federal safety standards.

How do I clean my mattress?

As part of regular maintenance, vacuum your mattress at least twice a year to get rid of dust, crumbs, and other icky things that might be living in there. You can also deodorise your mattress by generously sprinkling it with baking soda. Leave it on for a full day and then vacuum it up to refresh your mattress.
