EAHP Congress: Berner presents the latest findings on safety cabinets and EDP-assisted aseptic production

Berner International, in cooperation with ars pharmaceutica and the ESOP (European Society of Oncology Pharmacy), is going to present in line with the satellite symposium a workshop with live presentation on a safety cabinet. In this free-of-charge event, the latest findings on safety cabinets and EDP-assisted aseptic production will be broadcast directly onto a large screen. Using on-site smoke tests on a safety cabinet, different functions and typical operating errors. Theory and practical demonstration: a tried and tested concept, which has already made the practical seminar „ Safety training in cytostatics“ into a successful event.

Aim of event
Safety cabinets are in many pharmaceutical laboratories a very important protective device. In line with this event operating modes and differences of safety cabinets are presented. The process of EDP-assisted aseptic production will be demonstrated, as well as typical operating errors, in part using smoke experiments will be visualised.
