This highly-anticipated children's title, written by Chantelle Wood, will help children learn to focus on positive mental health as they go on a journey with main character Luke.
Wood is an emerging children's author who is on a mission to help children realize that they are superheroes. She recognizes the importance and effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and has spent years researching the subject and how it impacts mental health. Although she isn't a mental health professional, Wood is creating her children's books in a way that's exciting to the reader while nurturing positive mental health.

'The All-or-Nothing Artist' [https://mindcityheroes.com/products/the-all-or-nothing-artist] features beautiful illustrations by JP Corrigan and takes children ages 6-10 on an adventure with Luke, a third-grader who is having a terrible day. His day changes when he magically travels to the city within his mind, where he finds out he is a superhero. The city is brimming with fun things to do and see, including dragons and all-you-can-eat ice cream. Then, a sinister artist begins covering everything with goo, and Luke realizes he must stop him before the city is ruined.
Young readers are introduced to key components of CBT within this fun story that keeps audiences intrigued. Readers learn how to talk back their negative thoughts as they embark on an unforgettable journey with Luke.
