λ /lambda/ is a limited-production, award-winning ultra-premium olive oil which has constantly Ιntense Μedian of Fruitiness (mF: over 6.0). Originated from some of the oldest centenarian olive trees of Greece and created from a finest blend of Koroneiki and Kolovi olives, λ /lambda/ is of ultra-low acidity (0.19) and is being bottled and labeled entirely by hand.
