The first luxury olive oil in the world in the oldest place-to-be of Mykonos.Speiron is very pleased to announce that Remezzo, the oldest and hottest bar/restaurant in Mykonos, will exclusively offer for this summer λ /lambda/, the undisputed crème de la crème of olive oil, to its upscale clientele.
λ /lambda/ is a limited-production, award-winning ultra-premium olive oil which has constantly Ιntense Μedian of Fruitiness (mF: over 6.0). Originated from some of the oldest centenarian olive trees of Greece and created from a finest blend of Koroneiki and Kolovi olives, λ /lambda/ is of ultra-low acidity (0.19) and is being bottled and labeled entirely by hand.
