Craft Distillery Feasibility Study in New Jersey - Wert-Berater, Inc.

Wert-Berater, Inc. was recently engaged to provide a Feasibility Study to be used for a direct loan application in accordance with the rules and standards of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). The client intends to reconfigure an existing carriage house, to house the distillery, including a production area, storage/fermentation area, and also tasting room/retail shop. The firm is seeking a USDA loan. Due to client confidentiality the location, details of the project and the company name may not be released.
