Marietta, GA – Dave Maul, MAI, AI-GRS, and Commercial Quality Assurance Reviewer of national appraisal management company Valuation Management Group, has received the Appraisal Institute Designation of AI-GRS. Dave also holds the Appraisal Institute MAI Designation and is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.

Maul joined Valuation Management Group in 2015 as a Commercial Quality Assurance Reviewer to ensure both appraiser independence and the delivery of quality real estate appraisals. To become an AI-GRS Designated member of the Appraisal Institute, Dave had to exhibit good moral character, meet standards and ethics requirements, meet special education requirements, pass a comprehensive examination, and possess experience in general appraisal review that meets specific standards.
