iFactory takes the highest honour at the IMAs
iFactory has won the IMA Best in Class Award for its Veracity website, entered in the Professional Services category. The Best in Class award is the highest honour received by any entrant in any category. The Interactive Media Awards (IMA) recognises the highest standards of excellence in website design and development around the world. The Interactive Media Council, Inc. is a not-for-profit organisation committed to elevating the standards of excellence on the web.
About the Project
Veracity is a Brisbane-based IT services firm that designs, builds and remotely supports cloud-based platforms that can be scaled to meet the changing business needs of their clients. The team at Veracity wanted a website that reflected their company culture of outstanding client service, excellent teamwork and best-practice business systems.
Winning isn’t easy
The Best in Class category takes into consideration more than the look and functionality of each entry. The Best in Class awards recognise the very best in planning, execution and overall professionalism in website design. The judging criteria also takes into consideration the way website content is presented, awarding points for content that is appealing, engaging and shows clear relevance to the target audience.
Usability, standards compliance and cross-browser compatibility are other criteria applied to each entry. According to the Interactive Medial Council, websites that score highly across all these criteria represent only a fraction of the websites that enter the competition each year. iFactory, along with our client Veracity are in excellent company with recent past winners including global heavy weights Accenture, The New York Times, Disney Interactive, and IBM.
iFactory has an enviable degree of success at the IMAs, and we put this down to our goal of aligning an organisation’s website as closely as possible to their business objectives. At iFactory, we believe that great companies deserve great websites. Have a look at our award-winning portfolio or contact us today to see how we can help your business achieve its goals through award-winning website design.
