Adjustments can also be made during operation with FileMaker Pro when used in a network. In this way, new operating processes can be integrated and automated in the shortest possible time.

The ERP software can be used under Apple macOS, Microsoft Windows and on mobile iOS devices. FileMaker Server is available for use in the network, with which the ERP software can be released for shared use in the network and via the Internet. The connection is made via integrated SSL encryption and does not require an additional VPN.

The manufacturer offers the software in different licenses, with which the ERP software can be individually adapted at different levels. For example, print layouts can be edited by the user in all versions and screen masks in custom versions. Custom versions also support the creation of new data tables, fields and value lists. gFM-Business is also available in an open license, with which the entire ERP software and all processes can be adapted to individual requirements.

gFM-Business contains an integrated interface for operators of Shopware, WooCommerce, Gambio and Modified online stores. With the interface, customers, articles and store orders can be imported into the ERP software at the touch of a button and processed directly. The interface supports the use of several online stores in parallel, even in mixed operation.

gFM-Business 7 with ChatGPT AI integration

In addition to many other new functions, the new gFM-Business 7 ERP software also includes an integration of ChatGPT to automatically generate AI-supported documents or any texts. For this purpose, any requests to ChatGPT can be predefined in the settings, which can then be executed conveniently and dialog-controlled by the user.

gFM-Business Custom includes a user account for editing all screen masks and list views with FileMaker.
