WHAT: Move over Taco Tuesday! On Monday, May 9th, 2016 from 7:30PM-9:30PM, Harpoon Brewery in Boston’s seaport district has teamed up with the Massachusetts Restaurant Association (MRA) to bring a chef driven tasting series: Beers & Bites. Prominent Boston chefs will be serving a variety of tacos and flavors along with a selection of beer from over 20 Harpoon taps, with a portion of the ticket sales benefiting Share Our Strength and their No Kid Hungry Campaign to help provide all children in Massachusetts with access to nutritious, healthy food options.

Participating restaurants include El Pelon Taqueria, Cook Newton, Papagayo, Mija Cantina, Poe’s Kitchen at the Rattlesnake, Villa México Café, Rosa Mexicano, Lolita Cocina & Tequila Bar and Tavitas, and each chef will prepare a flavorful take on a Mexican classic. Perfect for a summer kickoff, Harpoon’s Beers & Bites series will have three themed evenings: Tacos on May 9th, BBQ on July 11th, and Oysters on September 12th, 2016.
