(TSX: DII.B, DII.A) today announced a partnership with ChatID to provide consumers the ability to instantly chat with a customer service representative while shopping online for bikes and accessories, as well as battery-powered ride-on toys. Pacific Cycle is the first mass-market bicycle and battery-powered ride-on toy supplier to partner with ChatID. The Pacific Cycle customer service team is able to easily and quickly provide answers to consumers’ questions in real time as they shop for brands including Schwinn, Mongoose, Kid Trax, and Roadmaster.
