Wounded Veterans Receive Holiday Donations
MIAMI BEACH, FL, DECEMBER 4, 2007: Veteran Love and Appreciation Fund, Inc. a non-profit, will be visiting wounded service men and women at various Veteran’s Administration hospitals to donate holiday gifts such as personal CD players and music, massage pillows, as well as t-shirts, hats and playing cards. There are a select number of families in dire need that will receive gas and food gift cards as well.The dates for these visits are as follows:
James A Haley in Tampa, FL – December 12, 2007
Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington DC – December 14-15, 2007
Miami VA in Miami FL – December 20, 2007
Atlanta VA –TBD
Our brave service men and women have made the ultimate sacrifice and truly deserve our support, especially during this holiday season. Please remember these men and women who are not at home for the holidays with their families, but instead facing many unknowns as they try to recover due to the wounds they received while serving our country.
