FSW Funding Adds Business Development Officer

FSW Funding, a Phoenix-based factoring firm that specializes in financing solutions for small and mid-size businesses, recently hired Ryan Gaertner to fill the new position of Business Development Officer. Gaertner will be responsible for fostering company growth through its current client base and expansion of new business.

Gaertner grew up in Phoenix and completed his Bachelor of Arts in business communication at Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business in 2014. Prior to joining FSW Funding, Gaertner worked as a Senior Product Manager for Heartland, which provides payroll and human resource services. He started in the industry as a District Manager with ADP in Phoenix. Gaertner is an active member of Networking for a Cause, which helps raise money for local charities. He also volunteers with the Miss Rodeo America Pageant, a national organization and competition recognizing women in rodeo and providing scholarships.
