Thirteen Companies, One Cost-Saving Audition: Ballet California Hosts the 2023 National Master Audition.

Looking to join the ranks of professional dance companies is already challenging in itself for a number of reasons, but with the burden of having to spend thousands of dollars to travel from one audition to another, auditioning for a professional contract is for many, a daunting prospect. The 2023 National Master Audition will feature the following companies: American Midwest Ballet, Ballet Arkansas, Ballet Austin, Ballet Theatre of Maryland, Boulder Ballet, Dayton Ballet, Minnesota Ballet, Ballet 5:8, Ballet California, Louisville Ballet, Utah Metropolitan Ballet, Nevada Ballet Theatre, and Milwaukee Ballet.

In addition to a professional division, the National Master Summer Intensive Audition allows dancers aged 13+ to audition for the summer intensive programs at American Midwest Ballet, Ballet 5:8, Ballet California, Louisville Ballet, Milwaukee Ballet, Nevada Ballet Theatre, and Utah Metropolitan Ballet, all in one audition.
