The strategic partnership between Founder Software and Inspro Solutions would allow both companies together to provide customers the best valued outsourcing service with the perfect combination of the lowest cost and highest quality.Founder Software, the software division of China’s 2nd largest PC maker, has been providing software development resources to companies around the globe. It has established a 33,000ft2 Offshore Development Center in China’s Suzhou (80km from Shanghai) with 200+ experienced developers and outsourcing professionals.
