Paradise Living Centers Opens Second Location in Phoenix

PHOENIX, ARIZ. (March 15, 2016) – Paradise Living Centers, a privately owned luxury assisted care home provider, announces the opening of its second location in the Valley. The new 10-bedroom group home is situated in the heart of North Central Phoenix at Third Street and Maryland Avenue. Construction is targeted for completion by the end of March, and the house will be ready for new residents to move in April, 2016.

“There is tremendous demand for the personalized assisted living and respite care that we provide. We offer a beautiful home environment with professional, compassionate round-the-clock care,” said Kristie Chadwick, Paradise Living Centers’ care manager.

The new home is approximately 5000 square feet with 10 bedrooms and bathrooms. In addition to each resident having their own private bedroom and bath, they will also enjoy spacious common areas for dining and entertainment, as well as a relaxing outdoor space.

Amenities and services include 24-hour awake care and monitoring by state certified caregivers, a dedicated full-time nurse available 24/7 and chef prepared meals served daily. Paradise Living Centers also offers residents a variety of onsite activities and services.

The new home is located at 302 E. Maryland Ave. in the established Central Phoenix neighborhood, offering convenient access to nearby hospitals and healthcare facilities.
