In September 2022, fifteenfortyseven Critical Systems Realty (1547), in partnership with Green Fig Land Company (GFLC), a real estate development firm, announced its plan to build a hyperscale data center facility with two data center facilities. The campus will offer 150 MW of power capacity and span 2 million square feet of area in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
