SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH - Today, Richard H. Davis proudly announces his candidacy for Utah's 2nd congressional district as a write-in candidate in the upcoming 2023 special election. The election to fill the seat representing Utah's 2nd Congressional District in the U.S. House is scheduled to take place on November 21, 2023.

With a distinguished background as a combat veteran and former United States Merchant Marine, Davis brings a unique perspective and a profound understanding of the sacrifices made by our brave service members. His decision to run for office is driven by a commitment to upholding the principles of the Reform Party (or Mormon Reform Party), an American political party established by Joseph Smith in 1843, prior to his presidential campaign.
