Post-Up Stand Adds To Printing Resources with New High Performance Printer
Maple Heights, OH—March 22, 2016: The Cleveland-based trade show display and advertising signage supplier, Post-Up Stand, has recently acquired a new MimakiTM Flatbed UV printer that prints on an extensive variety of media. The addition of the Flatbed UV printer expands Post-Up Stand’s printing capabilities to continue to serve the company’s continually increasing customer base while staying on the cutting edge of high-quality printing techniques and technology.

The newest addition to Post-Up Stand’s growing in-house printing stable is a MimakiTM JFX200-2513 Flatbed UV printer. The high productivity printer has the ability to print direct-to-media onto rigid or flexible material with a fast, high quality finish. The UV printing technology also produces less volatile organic compound. The 8’ x 4’ flatbed can print onto media that is up to 1.9” thick, 98” wide and 51” in length. The expansive list of substrates that can be used with the a MimakiTM JFX200 includes, PVC, Polyester, Foam Core, Wood, Metal, for custom signs for exhibitions, backlit graphics, promotional items, 3D effect printing, and trade show displays. The UV printing process creates colors using CKYM and heats the design colors on the media simultaneously for enhanced print times. This technology gives Post-Up Stand the ability to grow its list of printable media products to continue to stay on the cutting edge of the market to better serve our customers. The addition of the Mimaki™ JFX 200 Flatbed UV Printer will benefit production as demand and growth from our customer base continue. This asset also strengthens Post-Up Stand’s ability to produce high quality signage and products, while continuing to meet our own high customer service standards with a 48 business hour turnaround on production.

The new printer is housed at Post-Up Stand’s 20,000 square foot building dedicated to storage, printing and manufacturing, purchased in 2015, giving Post-Up Stand a total of 83,400 square feet for manufacturing, printing and customer service. The company’s wide ranging customer base consists of retail, education, hospital and financial industries. Post-Up Stand is planning for a surge in printed signage purchases from local businesses preparing for the RNC, which begins in Cleveland, July 18-21, 2016.
