City Boy Coffee's Guatemala, Season Select coffee farmed by Javier Cabrera has earned a 93-point rating from Coffee Review, the world's leading coffee guide. According to their grading scale, this grade reflects "exceptional originality, beauty, individuality and distinction, with no significant negative issues whatsoever."

This one-of-a-kind single-origin coffee comes from the Atitlan region of Guatemala, and farmer Javier Cabrera who chose the Pacamara variety of Arabica for this lot grown at his Finca San Isidro Chacaya. The coffee is processed by the washed method and roasted lightly by City Boy Coffee to highlight its sweet and complex flavor profile, with notes of butterscotch, orange, and pear. The coffee was sourced through direct trade, paying $13.23/kg to the farmer, which is well above the market price. The coffee is part of City Boy Coffee's Season Select series, which showcases outstanding coffees from different origins.

Coffee Review described the coffee as "richly sweet-savory" and "a rich-toned Guatemala Pacamara, complex and deep, with notes of persimmon and sweet almond front and center" (Kenneth Davids, Coffee Review, November 2023). The review also praised the coffee's "toffee, dried persimmon, almond butter, mandarin orange, cedar in aroma and cup", "sweet structure with gentle acidity", and "full, syrupy-smooth mouthfeel" (Kenneth Davids, Coffee Review, November 2023).
