Bay View at Hotel Marine Plaza to celebrate this 'Navroz' in style

MUMBAI: Bay View, the 24 hours restaurant at Hotel Marine Plaza is celebrating the Parsi New Year in style on 21st March 2016.

Considering the interest and expectations of the New Year, Bay View is organizing a sumptuous buffet spread of Veg. and Non Veg. dishes consisting of soup, starters, main course, in Parsi style with exotic live counters. The highlight of the event is the Bay View’s Buffet spread - Cuisine of Indian and continental food and exotic live counter, glass of wine, beer, cocktails, mocktails and soft drinks.
Parsi Navroz dinner consists of pulav (with nuts and saffron), fish and other spicy non-vegetarian food. Cooking plain rice and moong dal is a must in Parsi community. Every visitor to the house is welcomed with sprinkle of rose water and offering faluda (rose flavored chilled vermicelli).
Bay View’s menu includes variety of soup like Lagansala, Chicken Spicy Scallion Soup with Roasted Almond, and a lot of cold cut items. The main course consists of Brocolli and Almond Raviloni in Pizialo Sauce, Mushroom Loaf on Tempered Aubergin, Exotic Vegetable snacks, Olive and Sundried Tomato Stuffed Potato Puffs, Parsi Dal, Bainganu Paneer, Sali Marghi, Kid Gosht, Chicken Farcha and so on. Its live counter offers Alti Palti (Taka Tin, Non Veg.) and Italian Pasta. A long list of desserts like Plum Tart, Tiramisu, Blueberry Flavoured Custard Gateaux, Parsi Sev, Lagan Nu Custard and many more are also will be offered at its Desert Counter.
This year’s Parsi New Year Special Buffet accompanied by mocktails, wine and beer is offered at Rs. 1650+Taxes per person by Bay View. The timing of the celebration is from 7.30 pm till 11.00 pm.
