Wednesday 2016-03-09 trading day at Acker Wine Auctions, one wine bottle of Domaine de la Romanee Conti La Tache vintage 1998 750 ml, was sold off for 1.731,52 €.
In an exciting bidding fight the price of the bottle rose until 1.731,52 € and reached a new wine maximum price.
Since the last wine price on the 2016-03-04 at Zachys Wine Auction NY which achieved a wine value of 1.549,68 €, the momentary performance is 181,84 € or +11,73 %.
The organisers of the Acker Wine Auctions New York have hailed growing demand for high-end wines from all over the world, as this month event achieved record prices.

The largest share of the total amount at the trading day, got wineries from the wine region Burgundy.
Burgundy supplied 1.652 bottles or converted 37,36 % from all trades on that dealing day. The winery Dujac from Burgundy was the most wanted. 3,89 % or 172 wine bottles of total offers, were auctioned from this winery and thus, it was set in first place in trading volume from wine lovers.
The most popular single wine was the Tardieu Laurent . With a total of 3,89 % or 172 wine bottles, it was set in first place in popularity among wine lovers.

The usually most sought vintage at this wine auction was the 2009 vintage with 401 bottles.
With more than 9,07 % of the total, the vintage got the first place. The 750 ml bottle size achieved the first place in sizes, with 81,84 % or 3.619 wine bottles in this auction. Trading volume of lots with 12, were traded most. The most expensive wine in this auction came from Burgundy. One bottle Domaine de la Romanee Conti - Romanee Conti vintage 2005 in a 750 ml bottle changed the owner for 10.024,61 € per single bottle . The least expensive fine wine values were 48 wine bottles Tardieu Laurent - Cornas Cuvee Coteaux vintage 2007 traded in the 750 ml bottle. The auctioneer asked for a sale price of 18,04 € per wine bottle.

The second place or a converted 24,54 % of the offers came from Bordeaux. 1.085 wine bottles Bordeaux were sold in the fine wine auction. In the ranking of most wanted wineries, the wines from the winery Dom Perignon won second place with 161 sold wine bottles. The second best single wine achieved the 2007 Tardieu Laurent - Cornas Cuvee Coteaux in a 750 ml bottle. The result was fixed with more than 1,09 % of the trading volume or a converted 48 bottles.

The third place in wine regions was awarded to Champagne with 554 or 12,53 % of the complete tradingvolume. Third place in wineries, with 156 wine bottles was Tardieu Laurent, third place for single wines, with a total amount of 48 wine bottles was the 2005 Beaucastel - Chateauneuf du Pape. In the vintage ranking the 2005 took the third place with an amount of 309 auctioned wine bottles. The single wine with the third highest fine wine price, was a Domaine de la Romanee Conti - Romanee Conti, 2012 vintage, with a value of 8.201,95 € for a single 750 ml wine bottle. One of the least expensive wines was ranked third in the "more affordable wine price category". It went to a 2001 Lafaurie Peyraguey with a wine auction price of 24,68 € per 375 ml wine bottle.
