International consultant and best selling author publishes book on Big Data Covernance
Washington, D.C. (March 5, 2016) – A new book bout Data Governance for Big Data platforms has been released to production by Peter Ghavami, Ph.D., a well-known international consultant and author of best-selling technology books. This is the author’s fourth book. The books is titled: “Big Data Governance: Modern Data Management Principles for Hadoop, NoSQL & Big Data Analytics”.The book covers topics that are important to data governance for big data, Hadoop and data lake management. These topics include data privacy, data sovereignty, data access controls, data councils, data governance, data quality, meta-data management and implementing an enterprise wide governance structure for big data lake.
