Ports of Jersey Ltd selects VoIP VCS Solution by Schmid Telecom AG

After a competitive tender process carried out by Systems Interface Ltd, based in the UK, on behalf of Ports of Jersey Ltd, Schmid Telecom AG has been chosen to supply their ED-137B compliant VoIP Voice Communication System Solution for the new ATC Contingency Facility for Jersey Airport.
The new VCS is fully redundant and distributed with integrated VoIP access via a fibre optic network to modern VoIP radios as well as interconnection to the existing ICS 200/60 system and legacy phone lines.
