TOKYO, Japan - October 16, 2023 - AREA 35, Inc., and DiceNext Co., Ltd., are proud to announce the launch of Paraverse, the groundbreaking software that will change how Building Information Modeling (BIM) is manipulated.
With Paraverse, users can create 3D buildings using Unreal Engine, incorporating vivid textures and realistic representations for an enhanced sense of realism and early confirmation during the design process. The software's intuitive interface makes it easy for anyone to operate with a game controller.
Paraverse allows for simultaneous operation by multiple entities such as construction managers, design supervisors, and clients. Team members can freely browse and check various parts of data using BIM360, the built-in software that allows for comment sharing, facilitating efficient decision-making and communication. Paraverse also includes a sun shadow simulation feature that provides hourly shading by moving the sun's position, allowing for visual comprehension of how sunlight enters the building and its relationship to the surrounding area.
Paraverse is set to launch later this year by DiceNext Co., Ltd.
