LightHouse Hotels and Resorts is excited to announce that it has acquired the 140 room Radisson Cleveland Airport West. Significant renovations and a flag change to Sonesta Hotels will begin immediately.
"We expect this to be the center piece hotel in the Cleveland market. After completion of a nearly $3 million dollar renovation, a new vibrant Food and Beverage concept and flag change to Sonesta, we feel like we will have all of the pieces in place to create a unique and wonderful guest experience", said Marty McDaniel, President and CEO of LightHouse.
LightHouse feels like the flag change will be a big part of the future success of the hotel. Sonesta, The eighth largest hotel company in the US, has already provided tremendous support to the ownership and management of the hotel. The renovation is expected to get underway immediately. The hotel will remain open during the renovation.
