Web-based software solution for tour operators

The teamSolution® Travel is a web-based software solution for tour operators with which the entire process from incoming and hotel contracts to price calculation, media and object management right up to export to the booking system, marketing channels and the automated production of price lists and catalogues can be controlled.

Tour operators increase their processing speed with teamSolution® Travel and therefore the time-to-market factor for products, decrease error sources and bring all essential data together in a central data bank.

Under seasonal deals, special offers or even last minute offers can be delivered even more flexible, quicker and capacity controlled for online bookings or travel agencies. The flexibility can be further increased by a direct connection to incoming agencies or even to the hotel.

The architecture of teamSolution® Travel is based on modules and can be made to match the individual needs and processes of the tour operator.

Besides the advantages of a web-based software that allows a decentralised way of working with and without internet connection, teamSolution® Travel offers many more interface options. Not only can booking platforms like WBS BLANK be easily integrated but also diverse marketing channels, player-hub environments or other publishing systems can be supplied with data.

With the 3rd generation of the teamSolution® Travel, tour operators can better position themselves for the digital transformation and be better prepared, and it enables a quick reaction with regards to the current difficulties in destination areas like North Africa, Turkey or Greece.

Relevant data that is important for the tour operator’s sales and success will be available substantially more effective, faster and error-free in the booking systems and online channels. Additionally, through reporting with actual data, issues like purchase planning and management, capacity or performance measurement can be optimized.

With the 3rd generation of teamSolution® Travel, “the a-team” extensively revised the software. Along with a complete new user interface design, performance advantages were achieved with the new solution and among other things, a new workflow process was integrated.

The new teamSolution® Travel will be introduced at the ITB 2016 in Berlin from March 9 – 12 (Hall 5.1/Stand 105).

“the a-team” has specialized for over 15 years in the development of software solutions for the tourism industry and works for renowned operators like Ameropa, DER, Hamburg Tourism, Luxair Tours, Schauinsland Reisen, Thomas Cook and TUI. “the a-team” is the IT-Unit of the Winkler & Stenzel GmbH. The company is based in Berlin / Germany.
