HAIL MERRY® TO UNVEIL AWARD-WINNING MIRACLE TARTS® IN NEW BITE-SIZED MINIS AT NATURAL PRODUCTS EXPO WEST
Wholesome Artisan Snack and Desserts Company Releases New Branding and Product LineDALLAS (March 1, 2016) – Hail Merry, the leader in the natural refrigerated snacks category with its Merry BitesTM and Miracle Tarts, is launching a brand new line of bite-sized tarts in seven exciting flavors. The Mini Miracle Tarts® will make their official debut at Natural Products Expo West, along with new Hail Merry packaging.
Hail Merry created the mini tarts following the success of its Miracle Tart line. After experiencing the full-size tarts, customers clamored for a smaller, single-serve version of the beloved snack. Mini Miracle Tarts will feature the same signature coconut oil ganache as its full-sized counterparts, and are available in Meyer Lemon, Chocolate Crème, Chocolate Almond Butter and Chocolate Chile Pecan. Another sweet addition to the Mini Miracle Tart family are three new reduced-sugar, superfood-inspired flavors, Sweet Potato, Blueberry-Acai and Strawberry-Rhubarb. The new flavors are still sweetened with maple syrup but have just three grams of sugar, allowing fans to enjoy a reduced-sugar treat without sacrificing taste.
“We’re constantly evolving to meet the tastes and needs of our beloved fans, while also staying true to our mission to help people achieve higher health,” said Susan O’Brien, founder of Hail Merry. “We’re excited to introduce our new products at Expo West along with our refreshed packaging.”
Building upon the success of its macaroons, Hail Merry is renaming the line to Merry Bites in order to expand to non-coconut-centric flavors including Caramel Sea Salt, Cookie Dough and newly-launched Salted Brownie. The new Salted Brownie is made with organic coconut oil, almond flour, Fair Trade cacao and sweetened with maple syrup for a mouthwatering treat. Merry Bites are still available in coconut-centric flavors Lemon Macaroon, Pure Vanilla Macaroon and Dark Chocolate Macaroon.
