Waypoint Property Group Adds Andy Bhatt as Investor Relations Advisor
Waypoint Property Group announced today that Andy Bhatt has joined the Waypoint team as Investor Relations Advisor. He will report to Waypoint co-founder and principal, Tara Wright, in an effort to best drive the strategy to be of maximum benefit to their investor pool.Mr. Bhatt has more than 10 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Investor Relations, and prior to his professional start, he grew up working in his family's commercial property management company. After being a licensed broker at Marcus & Millichap, Bhatt went out on his own to be a consultant for private investors and lending institutions.
"Unlike other investor relations positions, it is not my goal to seek out and find capital from investors," says Bhatt, "My goal, in alignment with the whole philosophy of Waypoint, is to help MATCH investors with the ideal opportunities that suit each of them the best."
Recently, Waypoint Property Group announced that new investors to their pool must be Accredited. Although they will continue to serve their existing investor pool, any potential & new investors must show that they are eligible according to the SEC defined standard. In order to ensure long-term fruitful relationships, Bhatt will personally help guide potential investors through each of the steps of the approval process.
