Webooks UK releases free e-book “The New Landlord’s Guide to Letting”

Webooks is a new website offering consumers free access to the full text content of a range of information-based non fiction books across property, business, personal finance, work, family, leisure and lifestyle sectors. Visitors can read all or part of any of the titles online, or download a PDF version in the online store.

The first "Webook" to go online is “The New Landlord’s Guide to Letting” – an exclusive guide authored by Moira Stewart and published by How To Books.
This online ebook is the first in a series of more than 200 books that will go online during the remainder of 2007, as part of an initiative to revolutionise the print publishing industry.

The book guides potential landlords through the maze of issues surrounding buy to let, including: using letting agents, preparing a property for tenancy, dealing with legal issues, finding a tenant, operating and ending the tenancy and dealing with taxation.
Moira Stewart has had many years experience of letting property and is herself a highly successful private landlord.

On the Webooks website, visitors can also check out the author's blog, interact with other budding landlords in the forum, find useful websites in the directory or download the PDF version of the ebook from the online store.

There is no charge for reading all or part of the book and no need to register, though users can sign up for a newsletter that will alert them as new titles are added to the online collection.
