INTERVIEW WITH KING JASEQ: Tell us about yourself, who are you and where do you come from?
A: My name is Jason aka King Jase, I'm an artist signed to EMPIRE. I also own the label Billionaire Boys Club LLC. I'm from Fort Smith, Arkansas, USA.
Q: How was your passion for music born? Who are your idols?
A: It was born by inspiration from listening to Three Six Mafia and being asked if I wanted to start making music because I used to freestyle for fun. My idols? Eh, I don't idolize anybody. I ensure to be myself, and unique.
Q: What kind of music do you do?
A: I'm a rap artist, but I also make pop based and R&B based rap music.
Q: What is the most important song for you? What message do you want to convey to the listener?
A: Addict is my most important. The message I try to convey is that everybody is addicted to something, whether it's considered bad by society or not. So, don't pass judgement to anybody, because we all have that one thing we're addicted to.
Q: Why should a listener who doesn't know you listen to your music?
A: Because the messages I deliver within my music come with so much free game.
Q: What are your future projects? Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?
A: I'm just making music as I go. I 5 years? A top tier, world renowned artist.
