The new eT-Hover-slim lifting device from euroTECH as an alternative wherever a vacuum tube lifter reaches its limits

If vacuum tube lifters cannot open out enough due to the ceiling height being too low, the eT-Hover-slim lifting device from euroTECH is an ideal substitute with its installation height of just 400 mm. In conjunction with an electric chain hoist, the device which weighs just 25 kg can be used for lifting, moving and stacking boxes and flat elements weighing up to 250 kg. Supplemented with a vacuum-sealed rotary feed-through, the handling device can even turn loads through 360 degrees with no stops. With the corresponding modules and system components, euroTECH can individually adapt the basic device to suit the respective task in hand.

Some production environments do not have enough space for the minimum lifting height required to use vacuum tube lifters. In such cases, the eT-Hover-slim from euroTECH can prove itself a valuable alternative. The flat style vacuum lifting device is suitable for the lifting and moving of planar, vacuum-sealed and slightly diffuse materials. Operation is carried out via a rigid or custom-arranged manipulating handle bar with integrated emergency stop switch. The receptacle for crane operation is located right beside this. Whether new planning or for integration into an existing operation, euroTECH offers an integrated services package from concept to manufacturing and assembly to commissioning - all from a one source.

In its basic configuration, the compact lifting device has a 800 mm long main beam equipped with two oval, flat suction cups which can be easily moved and fastened in place. With the modular construction system from euroTECH, the device can be flexibly adapted to suit requirements. The eT-Hover-slim has an acoustic/visual warning system in the event that the vacuum in the vacuum circuit drops below 20 %. The control unit and the electrical monitoring are located in a compact box on the device. The vacuum generation is variable - when using boxes, it is ideally achieved with an external side channel blower.
