First apartments of luxury resort 7pines in Ibiza completed

Lindner Investment Management GmbH (LIM) has reached a new peak in the project development of the 7Pines Resort in Ibiza: Two apartments and one suite have been completed. Last weekend, about one hundred interested guests grasped the opportunity to visit the new luxury resort for the very first time. The complex is located in the southwest corner of the island. “We are happy having created a unique product in Ibiza that is applauded on the market. We have received only positive feedback”, states Jörg Winter, managing partner of LIM. In the summer of 2016, the total area of 56,000 m² of the five-star luxury 7Pines Resort Ibiza with a total of three mansions, 42 suites and 160 apartments will be accommodating around 500 guests.

Organic materials and modern design
The 7Pines Resort Ibiza was designed by the renowned architect’s office Arditecnica, Ma-drid. Highlight of the luxury hotel: the Infinity Pool with an integrated bar and a size of 733 m² opening towards the sea – seemingly without an edge. The mansions, suites and apartments are endowed with high-class furniture in the typical style of Ibiza – partially hand made. For instance, the rooms are furnished with corner sofas built into the wall. The covers are hand-worked. The ceramic tiles of the bathrooms shimmer in urban gold and marble. The solid furniture is crafted of white veneer real wood designed in a waxed, matt look.

Native island vegetation
The native flora of the island, abounding in various types of pines and junipers, lends the resort an air of untouched nature. Inside the complex, we find palm trees, rhododendrons and cacti. Extensive terraces made of natural stone, covered with lawn and Mediterranean flowerbeds, create a harmonious impression. Pathways without sidewalks and footpaths of colored concrete, pebbles and sands blend discreetly into the scenery.

7Pines apartments as capital assets
All apartments and suites of the 7Pines Resort Ibiza can be purchased as capital assets. Special feature: After the purchase, the objects will be rented back to LIM being integrat-ed into the hotel business. In return, the owner will receive rent without having to take care of the tenants or maintenance. Prices start at 360,000 Euros, the first objects have already been sold. “The privacy of our guests is important to us, so we cannot give the names of the buyers, but let us say this: Guests of the 7Pines Resort Ibiza will see the one or another celebrity on the grounds”, says Kai Richter, who has realized the project as managing partner of LIM. Due to continuing low interest rates and declining profits on the capital market, recreational property is enjoying a large influx of investors.
