pepper square redefines ARC Business Intelligence (BI) suite online positioning
Friday, November 2, 2007, Bangalore - pepper square brand realignment strategies for ARC BI suite saw the launch of a new website. The new site is focused on paving the way forward for the company’s business focus on the retail sector. ARC was looking for the right partner who could understand online and other marketing needs. pepper square was selected for its on-target brand strategizing, process oriented approach, capabilities in creative content writing, design and technological proficiency.The project began with a usability study of the earlier website. The pepper square team compiled a list of recommendations covering various interactive elements that could enhance ARC online brand messaging. Realizing the strategic value of these recommendations, pepper square was asked to develop the entire website.
“ARC was already challenging the established BI providers with its retail centric BI product suite. pepper square brand positioning strategies were instrumental in achieving increased audience connects,” said Sanjana Chappalli, senior content strategist, pepper square.
From sitemap, information architecture to content and design creation, the pepper square team implemented product and retail market research to develop the ARC website. Consistent brand messaging ensured that the online and other marketing collateral were in sync. Product features showcased through technical architecture representations were carefully reproduced on the website.
The entire project cycle was overseen by pepper square process oriented approach, resulting in strict adherence to defined delivery timelines.
