The new GILARDY HUMAN RIGHTS bracelets
GILARDY JEWELS is expanding the HUMAN RIGHTS COLLECTION through modern bracelets made from quality cow’s leather and in-house manufacture. The bands come in 19 modern colors and fasten around your arm or ankle with a magnetic stainless steel buckle.A timeless, yet current engraving of the 1st and 3rd article of the Human Rights Carter make those bracelets significant accessory:
"All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood. Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person."
With every HUMAN RIGHTS COLLECTION bracelet bought via the GILARDY online shop, or in one of our stores in Munich, 3€ are automatically donated to the HUMAN RIGHTS WATCH. This international, non-government organization, is busy raising and establishing awareness for human rights across the globe.
On 10. December 1948 the general assembly of the United Nations declares the human rights charter at the Palais de Challot in Paris. The declaration contains a commitment to personal rights such as the right to life and physical integrity, freedom from torture, body and flogging and liberties as the individual's right to liberty, property, security of person, freedom of expression, thought, conscience and religion. Also when these rights seem evident, they are not always practiced and respected in all parts of the world.
The GILARDY HUMAN RIGHTS COLLECTION also contains rings and necklaces. The pieces of jewelry are fashioned from enduring stainless steel and are available in the colors silver, black, 18K yellow and pink gold. As they are each individually made by hand, each piece is one of a kind, with a meaning. Not only a piece of jewelry is worn, but a statement is made.
