Lillian Andrews, another motivated 16-year-old junior at Spring Valley High, has exhibited immense promise and determination within the ROTC program. Previously recognized as the top cadet in her flight, she joined the civil air patrol to further explore her passion for flying and aviation. Lillian actively contributes to the drill team and possesses a deep desire to learn and grow within the field of aviation.
