Contemi makes strategic hire for its insurance software business with Nelius Strydom as Chief Product Officer

An accomplished professional with over 26 years of experience across financial services industry, Nelius has held several senior leadership positions across established firms and startups, including notable organizations such as Standard Chartered Bank, ING, GoBear, and SYPAQ. In his previous role as the head for Business Partners at Sypaq, Nelius delivered the largest post M&A integration in the general insurance market in Malaysia.

Throughout his career, Nelius has worked closely with regulatory bodies, and with legal and compliance teams, gaining him valuable insight into the regulatory requirements of the industry and ensuring adherence to it.
