Prairie Represents PREMIER Design + Build Group in its Sale to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan

OAKBROOK TERRACE, IL - July 27, 2023 - Prairie Capital Advisors, Inc. ("Prairie"), a leading middle-market investment bank, acted as financial advisor to PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC ("PREMIER" or "Company") in the transition of the company into an employee stock ownership plan.

PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC, founded in 2004, provides a full range of design + construction services for industrial, commercial, medical, multifamily, retail, hospitality, and adaptive reuse projects. PREMIER prides itself for thinking outside the box to streamline the building process from concept to completion. Headquartered in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, PREMIER also has regional offices on the East and West Coasts.

Prairie worked closely with the management team and sellers, providing ESOP advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, due diligence, and negotiation phases of the ESOP transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
