heat 11 and Autometers Energitec cooperate in India

(Bielefeld/Noida) heat 11 GmbH & Co. KG has been working together with Autometers Energitec Ltd. in India since June 2015. Autometers Energitec takes over the sales and the service of thermo oil plants, thermal oil heaters and plants for heat recovery and process temperature control in India and should also produce at the Noida location in India under the technology leadership of heat 11.

Mutual ambition is to lead the cooperation into a joint venture in the next few years. Autometers Energitec Ltd. (www.autometersenergitec.co.in) is a joint company of the Indian majority shareholder Keshav Thirani and Winfried D. Bauer. The company is leading in the Indian development and manufacture of gas pressure reducing stations, gas control lines and counters for transport and distribution of natural gas for gas providers, industry and private households.

Future market India
As one of the BRIC countries, India is one of the important future markets also for the process heat specialist heat 11 (www.heat11.com) from Bielefeld (Germany). Especially in the upcoming industry sector such as chemicals, energy or the plastics processing industry, heat 11 sees favorable sales prospects. “Our ambition is to develop the Indian market with the new business partner. In the coming years, the Indian market will be developed step by step from the Noida location near New Delhi. Currently the personnel and technical preconditions are created in India and Germany. For Autometers Energitec the cooperation means a strategic addition to the own portfolio. So far the company directs its focus on the gas suppliers, with heat 11 the offer will now extend to almost the complete energy sector and other growth markets. “By the partnership with heat 11, we can perfectly expand our existing business and win additional market segments. heat 11 has an excellent reputation in the market for heat transfer plants and process temperature control. Extensive approvals
The manufacture in India is not only certified according to ISO 9001 but also possess ASME – (U-Stamp) and Lloyds certifications for the production of pressure vessels. “Furthermore the engineers of heat 11 as well as from Autometers Energitec dispose of extensive experience and references in the implementation of demanding projects in the chemical and energy sector.” says Winfried D. Bauer, German partner of the Indian company. The discussions are being already carried out with potential customers. Currently, the concentration is on the technology transfer and the development of corresponding sales and project management capacities.
